I started face painting when my teenager was in grade school. The occasional fundraiser, school carnival, Halloween. I soon started to find excuses to paint so I turned the hobby into a business and love it. I love turning little girls into glitterific princesses and butterflies and fairies! I love transforming little guys into heros, villains, ferocious beasts and monsters.
I love crafting prom masks with rhinestones or Swarovski crystals. I love making my own stencils for glitter tattoos that are unique for themed parties. I often bring my oldest daughter, Emily, with me as an assistant so she can earn money toward a religious mission. I love watching her grow and stretch as a face painter and as a young woman. As much as I love what I do, I am a mother and wife first! When I’m not at a party, dance or festival I am with my family. We serve in our church and community, play games and explore Missouri. I am truly grateful for the opportunity Shiny Happy Faces gives me to meet so many new people.
